This page covers part of the Commonwealth, not all of it. Programs are extracted from the Portfolio Budget Statements, and extraction has succeeded for some entities and not others. An entity missing from this page is missing from the extraction — it is not an entity without programs.
Programs published, by portfolio
A count of published program lines. No program in any source carries an amount, so none is shown against one — a portfolio with more programs is not a portfolio that spends more.
How much spend the covered entities hold
For each portfolio, the share of its contract spend sitting with entities that have a program spine here. The short bars are the gap in the extraction, not a finding about the portfolio.
